Is a public organism with its own legal entity It has a current staff of 35 menbers specialist in different fields. Since its foundation the Chamber of Commerce of Oviedo has been interested in innovative projects on the improvement of society. It has been the promoter of three ADAPT projects focussed on Open and Distance learning specially for SMEs. Where it provided 300 hours of courses to 1200 workers in 800 SMEs. It did also develop a whole project in the frame of Ten.Telecom whose main aim was to improve and integrate the videoconference tools in language training courses. The Chamber Language Training Centre has 30 years of experience and it gathers professionals from all Official Languages Schools and Language Training Centres who will directly collaborate with the project in the its whole process and dissemination activities.

They are the promotor and the responsible of the project.

Is a private training and consulting centre placed in the Spanish city of Oviedo , in the Principate of Asturias. A staff of 32 people who are experts in different training areas constitutes it. At present it is integrated in a national partnership of 10 companies covering the Spanish territory. It is a provider of traditional courses for enterprises as well as distance and open learning. FORMASTUR is also a provider of specialization and post-graduate courses. Its consulting services are focussed on the Quality Management, Environment, Organisation and Human Resources. Since the year 1996 FORMASTUR has developed a whole service of open and distance learning, called FORMADIS which at present is focussed on e-learning language courses. FORMASTUR main task in the project is that of controlling the quality of the products and the implementation of the project outcomes around its net of 8 training centres in Spain it also counts with a team of expert IT designers to help in the making of the main products

Is a private training and consulting centre that provides training for some official entities in Spain such as the institute of employment and the regional government. FASE has a staff of 15 people that is often increased through contracting of specialised experts according to the demand. FASE has the Official Certificate ISO 9002 for training.

FASE is the coordinator in this project. FASE has a long experience in transactional projects. Specially, working in didactic innovation, new technologies applied to education, train of the trainer, etc. FASE has a team of experts in pedagogical methods, computers and Internet and a whole innovative system of e-learning.

The Centre for Language and Speech
is a research and education centre for foreign language acquisition of the Antwerp University . The Centre is specialised in the syllabus design and curriculum development for all European languages. It has developed several multimedia foreign language learning programmes for 18 languages (LINC, BLINC). Research is focused upon foreign language acquisition methodology, the implementation of e-learning in language learning and foreign speech acquisition. The Centre has co-ordinated and participated in several European projects on these topics. (LINGUA & Leonardo da Vinci).

The Centre for Language and Speech will contribute to the project its expertise on the integration of new learning methods. Since 2000 the Centre has integrated materials on CD-ROM, the Internet and e-mail in its teaching of foreign languages. The Centre will also contribute its expertise on interactivity in classroom settings and video-conferencing. (Research carried out in the framework of the project entitled ParlEuNet - A Student's Parliament via Educational Multimedia Learning Models and Technologies within the framework of the Joint Call Educational Multimedia).

Is a consular organism; it is conformed by 45000 associates. The chamber training centre offers a wide variety of courses among which, language courses are one of its specialities. It is important to name that the Chamber Training Centre is a partner of the association of the Language training centres: l'AGERCEL and that together with this association the CCIL has become part of an innovative program in Open and Distance Training, where it can be checked in: Myri@d. The CCIL will take advantage of all its associations in order to disseminate the contents of the project. The training Centre has a staff of experts of aknowledged experience in the areas of the design of training techniques and the conception of innovative pedagogic methods, experts in new technologies applied to training who have developed a wide range of international projects. They have also developed projects on training of the trainers for universities (Université Française en Arménie) and Training Centres (CIEFAC- Algérie). The CCIL Training Centre has large scope of activities and different kind of partners from various professional fields. Regarding IT Technologies, the Training Centre is fully aware of the importance and step-by-step is introducing them in order to offer their customers a more updated and personalized training. In this field, the Language Department is currently using the new technologies, like Chat, CD Rom and telephone in its ODL courses.

I.N.I.M.M was founded in 1998 with the initiative of the National Council for Small and Medium Sized Private Enterprises in Romania (C.N.I.P.M.M.R.) and the members of the Economical and Social Council (C.E.A).
At first, the institute had developed his activities as a department of C.N.I.P.M.M.R. Since 1999, I.N.I.M.M. became a juridical person of private right, non-profit, non-governmental and apolitical.

The Academy of Humanities and Economics of Lodz is fast developing, the oldest and currently the largest non-public school in Lodz , the second largest city in Poland . It employs numerous outstanding scientists, academics and experts-practitioners. The Linguistic Centre of La Vida Ltd. dedicates to Spanish teaching to Hungarians, translations and interpretations concerning Hungarian, English, Spanish, and Romanian, French.

The teaching method elaborated by La Vida Ltd. is a result of almost a decade of teaching Spanish to native Hungarians and it is based on the principle to learn to think in Spanish from the first language class. The teachers are native Spanish speakers. The Spanish courses are general courses of Spanish as a foreign language, Business Spanish course, and preparation for DELE examination.

The Consultancy and Training Centre offers to SME managers and employees, as well as to human resource specialists and trainers various courses and trainings, consultancy for training curriculum development .

La Vida will contribute to the project through the assessment of training needs and design of curricula, elaboration of the didactic methodology, preparation of the manual and the international course for trainers, contribution to the creation of web-site, dissemination of results.

KKA is a ”skole under folkeoplysningsloven” which means a school with courses based on voluntary particpation and on partially student financing from the students. The Swedish word is Folkbildning and the German word for this kind of education school is Volkbildung.

The subjects teached in the school are based on and dependend of the interests of from the students varying from art, , music and dancing to language and IT-specific subjects. All courses are based on a high interacivity and student activity from the students.

Size: KKA, which has excisted for more that 100 years is Denmarks biggest evening school with more than 250 teachers attached and over 20.000 yearly adult learners. KKA is working towards the goal that all the mentioned types of courses can be offered as distance learning to reach target groups which are not able to participate in traditional education.

Expertise:
The project managing department represents a high knowledge of distance learning courses and technology supported learning courses. The manager Joergen Grubbe, has many years of experience concerning flexible learning and distance learning. He has managed and practical participated in the development of several distance learning systems and he has are having great experience in carrying out distance learning in practice. The management of KKA further have great international experience from participation in more EU-projects. One example is EUROTOURIST, an ADAPT project with 13 partners in 9 countries, That project was targeting education for the personnel in the tourism industry and included the development of distance learning modules.

The experience from KKA will be relevant in the transnational process of exchanging experiences related to different traditions and different cultures. KKA looks forward to an adaptation of experiences from distance learning courses in all the participating countries.

AEFL - the Alliance for Ecology and Foreign Languages is a non-profit making organization carrying out education, research and practical activities in the field of foreign languages, culture and cultural heritage, ecology and environmental issues. We work for the intellectual and vocational growth of young as well as disadvantaged people and look for ways of aiding their integration in society and their realization in life on the whole.

The Alliance is oriented towards the development of modern foreign-language-teaching methods for the purpose of improving the opportunities for communication and exchange of experience and information within uniting Europe.
Our goals also include environmental protection as well as rational exploitation of natural resources.
The organization comprises university lecturers from the University of Plovdiv , the Agricultural University and the Technical University, Bulgaria, as well as specialists from the Specialized Secondary School for Hearing Impaired Children in Plovdiv.

We've been currently involved in Leonardo da Vinci projects dealing with self-education through Internet, language teaching, local government, environmental preservation as well as in two projects under the Switzerland 's programme SCOPES and a Tempus project.

SEAL is also the Essex examination centre for the London based Institute of Linguistics East of England Enterprise Agencies, approved by the Government's Department of Trade of Industry (DTI).  Part of our mission is to develop strong links between companies and education.

SET General Manager is the Chairman of the South East Essex Young Enterprise programme which is a national programme to develop enterprise into the school curriculum.
